Emergency care at Sajivan Hospital

Emergency Medicine focuses on the rapid assessment and treatment of sudden illness or injury. The first priority is to stabilise the patient — breathing, circulation and vital signs — and then identify the cause.

Dr Prashant J. Thakkar has worked in Critical Care Units at reputed hospitals including Marengo CIMS Hospital and SAL Hospital. This experience helps guide the immediate management of seriously unwell patients.

Where a patient needs facilities or specialities beyond those available here, our team will stabilise them and help arrange a transfer to an appropriate higher centre.
