1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Sajivan Hospital website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Medical disclaimer

Information on this website is for general awareness only. It is not medical advice and does not replace consultation, diagnosis or treatment by a qualified doctor. Do not ignore professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on this website.

Using this website, or contacting us through it, does not by itself create a doctor–patient relationship.

3. Appointments & payments

Submitting an online form is a request only. An appointment is confirmed only when our team contacts you. Timings may change due to emergencies or doctor availability; we will try to inform you in advance.

OPD consultations follow a walk-in policy from Monday to Saturday; no appointment is needed. On Sundays, consultations are by prior appointment only.

We accept cash, UPI and cards. Cashless insurance is not available at present (it has been applied for); patients may claim reimbursement from their insurer.

4. Emergencies

Do not use website forms, email or social media for medical emergencies. Call +91 98985 56496 or dial 108 for the government ambulance service. Sajivan Hospital does not currently provide an ambulance service.

5. Laboratory services

Laboratory tests and health checkup packages are provided by Right Pathocare Laboratory, a separate laboratory located next to the hospital at 2nd Floor, Dharti Skyline. Package details and prices are subject to change; please confirm with the laboratory on +91 98985 56445.

6. Website content

Content on this website — including text, images and the Sajivan Hospital logo — belongs to Sajivan Hospital or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without written consent. Some images are 3D visualisations and may differ from actual facilities. Package details, prices and services are subject to change; please confirm with the hospital.

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Sajivan Hospital is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, information on this website. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
